State Interests Protection Division of the Central Body of the Military Prosecutor’s Office, carried out inspections in the central warehouse of the AF Engineer Troops Department from 2 November 2022 until 12 January 2023.

 

Particularly:

 

• Made an unscheduled inventory,
• Checked the legality and well-groundedness of receipt, accounting and allocation processes of tangible assets, 
• Checked the compliance of qualitative indicators of tangible assets supplied for the needs of RA AF with the requirements defined in the technical specifications of purchase contract.

 

As a result of complex inspections they discovered shortage in the amount of AMD 93 723 544   and surplus in the amount of AMD 4 355 725 as well as tangible assets failing to comply with the technical specifications defined in the contract in the amount of AMD 198 590 916, including spare parts of engineering techniques.

 

As a result of abovementioned inspections carried out by the State Interests Protection Division of the Central Body of the Military Prosecutor’s Office five criminal proceedings were initiated on the bases of the reports submitted to the General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
