The Anticorruption Court accepted the 29th claim into proceedings on the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

 

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office made a demand to V. H., the Director of "Parking City Service" CJSC and people affiliated to him/her to confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

 

• Four real estates, out of them three - in Yerevan, one - in Kotayk region, but in case of impossibility, the average market values, 324 million 452 thousand 500 AMD, a movable property and right to participate in a legal entity.

 

• 17 771 372 AMD, which is not substantiated by the person's legal incomes, it was transferred to bona fide purchaser or it is impossible to identify and confiscate.

 

•  107 million AMD and 140 thousand USD invested deposit.

 

• 27 435 443 AMD considered as a remnant of illegal income.
