The Anti-Corruption Court  received  new statements of claim (30 and 31) on confiscation of property of illicit origin.

 

With one statement of claim, the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General's Office submitted a claim with the court on confiscating from G.V. Shareholder of Poli-Transport LLC— the subcontractor of the Armenian branch of Spanish Corsan-Corviam Construccion Company, which is the contractor of Tranch 1 and Tranch 2 sections of the North-South Road Corridor program, in favor of the Republic of Armenia the folloing property having an illicit origin:

 

• A residential house located at N. Shnorhali Str., Vahakni residential community, Ajapnyak community, city of Yerevan, 2 transportation means, participation in 3 legal entities, and where impossibile, the average market value thereof amounting to more than AMD 163 000 000;
• AMD 33 000 000 as a sum total of the remainder of illicit income and the amount not substantiated by the lawful income and transferred to bona fide third parties.
• With the other statement of claim, the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General's Office submitted a claim with the court on  confiscating from H.A., former Minister of Territorial Administration of the RA, the former President of the National Assembly, the former Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, J.A., his wife, his son, his daughters and other related persons (employees, relatives and their husbands and wives)in favor of the Republic of Armenia:
• 59 Immovable properties, wherefrom 15 in Yerevan, mostly in Kentron administrative district, 12 in Mkhchyan community of Ararat region, 10 in Narek community, 2 in Arzakan community of Kotayk region, 6 in Tsaghkadzor community of Kotayk region, 1 in Jermuk community of Vayots Dzor region, 1 in Sevan community of Gegharkunik region, 6 in Dilijan community of Tavush region, 3 in Meghradzor community of Kotayk region, 1 in Marmarashen community of Ararat region, 1 in Ayntap community of Ararat region, 1 in Arevabuyr community of Ararat region;
• 4 cars;
• Participations and shares of 20 companies;
• market values of 9 properties alinated with a price substantially lower than the market value thereof amounting to AMD 1 628 277 090 in total;
• the right to claim stemming from the borrowings issued to different companies amounting to USD 11 292 570, EUR 3 117 680 and AMD 687 500 000;
• AMD 21  202 670 797 as a sum total of the remainder of illicit income and  the amount not substantiated by the lawful income, which was transferred to bona fide third parties or was not identified.
