On 13 April 2023 settlement agreement was signed between the Prosecutor General’s Office and Eduard Harutyunyan, a citizen, in the framework of the proceeding related to the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

 

According to the agreement, the citizen has been obliged to transfer 50 million AMD to the state under the gratuitous right of ownership, which is 79.58 percent of the value of the property of alleged illegal origin.

 

The mentioned agreement was submitted to the Anti-Corruption Court for approval on 13 March 2023.

 

According to the verdict of the court dated 13 April 2023, the settlement agreement was approved.
