During the first quarter of 2023, under the criminal proceedings available in the competent authorities of the Republic of Armenia, a damage in the amount of AMD 17 443 794 357 (according to the preliminary calculations) was caused to the state and communities. AMD 17 374 223 844 of the abovementioned amount was caused to the state and AMD 69 570 513 to the communities.

 

AMD 1 388 244 343 of the amount was compensated during the preliminary examination, wherefrom AMD 1 326 753 000 was the damage caused to the state and AMD 61 491 343 —to the communities (moreover a land plot with the market value of AMD 3 970 000 was donated to the community and cultural values with the value of AMD 3 667 000 were admitted for deposit in the History Museum of Armenia).

 

During the preliminary examination under the abovementioned proceedings they initiated a public criminal prosecution against 35 individuals and put a lien on the bank accounts (AMD 412 440 000) and immovable property, the value whereof is not determined yet.
