In 2022, K.T., being a member of the medical commission of Yerevan territorial subdivision N 4 of RA MOD CMS carrying out medical examination of citizens of pre-conscription and conscription age, received a bribe in particularly large amount for carriing out illegal actions in favour of R.P. 

 

To transfer the amount of bribery K.T., the husband of H.P., Member of the commission and Ar. P., the uncle of R.P. reached an agreement, after which the amount of money was transferred to K.T. on November 27, 2022. 

 

On February 2, 2023 the supervising prosecutor made a decision on initiating a public criminal prosecution against K.T under points 2 and 3 of part 2 of article 435 of the Criminal Code, against H.P. under points 2 and 3 of part 2 of article 46-435 of the Criminal Code and against K.A and A.P under points 1, 2 and 3 of part 1 of article 436 of the Criminal Code as well as against Ar.P under points 1, 2 and 3 of part 1 of article 46-436 of the Criminal Code.

 

The supervising prosecutor submitted the indictment as well as the materials of the proceedings to the Anti-Corruption Committee on April 20, 2023.  

 Notice:  A person charged with any crime shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code—by the judgment came into legal force.
