On May 10, 2023, the prosecutor confirmed the indictment on the abuse of official powers, exceeding of authority and commitment of fraud by K.S. the former head of Ayntap community of Ararat region and submitted the materials of the proceedings to the Anti-Corruption court.  

 

The materials obtained under the criminal proceedings were submitted to the Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia for the purpose of initiating a claim on the protection of community interest.

 

We would like to remind you, that K.S. holding the position of the head of Masis Community, on October 14, 2014, gave an official document—extract to his brother H.S., in which he entered obviously false information that a plot of 004 ha adjoining the house was registered in the name of H.S. in the village municipality. Afterwards, submitted the abovementioned extract (without the decision of the council of elders) to the Masis Territorial Subdivision of the Cadaster Committee on October 20, 2014, on the basis whereof the ownership right of H.S. on the land plot with the surface of 0.03676 located at 10/1, 1^st blind allay of 12 street, Ayntap community was registered on October 20, 2014.

 

Besides, he legalized the rights of N.N. the owner of the land plot located at 6 blind alley, 17 Street, Ayntap with the surface of 156.16m2 having a production significance and constituting a cattle shed and economic storage with significant violations of urban planning norms and rules.

 

On April 21, 2023 a public criminal prosecution was initiated against K.S, the former head of Ayntap community under part 1 of article 309, part 1 of article 308, part 1 of article 314 and article 315² of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
