Another statement of claim on the confiscation of property of illicit origin was accepted into the proceedings of the Anti-corruption court on June 5, 2023.

 

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court on confiscation from the former deputy of the RA National Assembly and former Head of Davtashen administrative district of the city of Yerevan A.G. and related parties in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

 

• 2 immovable properties located in the Republic of Armenia and in the United States of America, 1 transportation means and where impossible, the average market value thereof, about AMD 409 million,

 

• About AMD 1 billion 57 million as a remainder of illicit monetary means as well as AMD 925 million as illicit amount transferred by good-faith acquirers (not identified).

 

• The right to claim receivables from the natural persons in the amount of AMD 56 million.
