The Ministry of Defense received the building with the surface of 441.01 m2 belonging to “Kredit-Yerevan Bank” LL company instead of the debt in the amount of USD 500 against the state in 2004, and sold the same property to “Anelik Bank” LLC for the price USD 410 thousand less than the abovementioned price.
In the scope of the function of filing a claim on the protection of state (community) interest, the Prosecutor’s Office of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan city, examined the case of alienation of the property and territory located at 27a Moldovakan street adjacent to the territory of the park named after Tigran Mets of Nor Nork administrative districts.
By the examination it was found out that on May 17, 2004, the ownership right of the building with the surface of 441,01 m2 located at 27a Moldovakan as well as certificate of pledge of the land plot with the surface of 525 m2 was provided to “Kredit-Yerevan Bank” LL company.
On July 13, 2004 the Ministry represented by S.S. sold the property to “Anelik Bank” LLC for USD 90 thousand, that is USD 410 thousand less than the abovementioned amount.
On 2018, “Anelik Bank” LLC sold the abovementioned immovable property to A.V. and Ar. V., for AMD 135 million 556 thousand 400.
On May 12, 2023, the Prosecutor’s Office of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of the city of Yerevan submitted a report to the Anti-corruption committee.
On June 13, 2023 a criminal proceedings was initiated in the Anti-corruption committee under part 2 of Article 308 of the Criminal Code adopted on 18.04.2003.
