S.V., holding the position of the Head of the Parakar community of Armavir region during 2001-2019, prepared and submitted for execution false official documents with the aid of M.K., the Secretary of the Staff of the Parakar community of Armavir region, as well as using the official position, he wasted AMD 10 million 246 thousand 590 belonging to the community during 2013-2018.

 

In particular, S.V. hired G.H., his niece's husband, as a driver for the Head of the Parakar community of Armavir region. G.H. did not attend his work, but was paid AMD 5 million 105 thousand 664 from the community budget.

 

In addition, S.V., being informed that his friend S.G. worked as a supervisor of the gas distribution and sales department, hired him as the Deputy Head of the Parakar community of Armavir region. S.G. did not attend his work, but was paid a salary of AMD 5 million 140 thousand 926 from the community budget.

 

On October 6, 2023, the Prosecutor initiated public criminal prosecution against S.V., under Point 1 of Part 3 of Article 178 (2 counts) and Part 1 of Article 314 (2 counts) of the Criminal Code adopted on 18.04.2003.
