A.Gh., son of the former head of Stepanavan community of Lori region obtained from S.G., his father a green area of common use with the surface of 0,137, located at 19/1 Milion Str., city of Stepanavan, included in the list of restrictions provided for by article 60 of the Land Code.

On June 27, 2023 the prosecutor made a decision (on his own initiative) to initiate a public criminal prosecution against A.Gh. under point 1 of part 2 of article 296 of the Criminal Code.

 

During the preliminary examination A. Gh. returned the territory of the park to Stepanavan community.

 

The preliminary examination under the criminal proceedings is pending.
