The properties, returned to the state by the Prosecutor’s Office, were attached to the State Property Management Committee

During today’s Government session Anna Vardapetyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, represented the details of 4 immovable properties and 1 movable property returned to the Republic of Armenia in the scope of one of the functions of the Prosecutor’s Office—confiscation of property of illegal origin. The Prosecutor General, particularly mentioned: 

 

“The ownership right of the Republic of Armenia was registered with regard to 4 immovable properties and 1 movable property (car) and it is proposed, under this project, to attach the abovementioned properties to the State Property Management Committee.

 

3 land plots adjacent to “Erablur” military pantheon and returned to the state by Vachagan Ghazaryan, the former Head of the security of the third President of the Republic of Armenia were included in the list of immovable properties involved in the draft decision of the Government:

 

  1. A land plot with the surface of 21 thousand 498.9 square meters (residential area) and a public space with the surface of 34.76 square meters located at 25/2 Tsovakal Isakov Ave., Malatia-Sebastia, city of Yerevan,
  2. A land plot with the surface of 1687.9 square meters (residential area) and a public space with the surface of 237.9 square meters located at 25/4 Tsovakal Isakov Ave., Malatia-Sebastia, city of Yerevan
  3. A land plot with the surface of 14 thousand 260.9 square meters (residential area) and a territory with the surface of 6 square meters located at 25/3 Tsovakal Isakov Ave., Malatia-Sebastia, city of Yerevan

 

One immovable property and one movable property (a transportation means make Range Rover) mentioned in the draft decision of the Government belonged to Armen Harutyunyan, the former head of the Erebuni administrative district.

 

I would also like to mention that the ownership right of the Republic of Armenia with regard to another immovable property shall be registered in the future”.
