The former Acting Director (hereinafter referred to as “the Acting Director”) of Kapan branch of “National Polytechnic University of Armenia” foundation came to an agreement with two students, that they would progress to the next grade without attending the courses or participating therein, instead they would renovate one of the classrooms of the administrative building of Kapan branch as a bribe.
