The Department of Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office submitted a claim to the court with the requirement to confiscate from the legal successor of Emil Grigoryan (Father’s name: Gurgen), former Director of Yerevan Jewelry plant-1 Gnomon and his wife Seda Hakobyan (father’s name: Gaspar) in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

 

• 4 immovable properties;
• 1 transportation means;
• Shares in 2 legal persons;
• AMD 330 million, as a sum total of the remainder of illicit income and funds not substantiated by the lawful income and transferred to the bona fide third persons.
