Within the framework of state interests protection during the first half of 2017 Prosecutor's Office has conducted 265 investigations. In the result of the investigation 302 infringement cases have been detected and 21 criminal cases have been initiated.

Concerning the violations detected in the result of the investigations, 17 reports have been presented to the relevant state authorities and 6 criminal cases have been initiated.

During the first half of 2017 within the framework of state interests protection, bodies of the Prosecutor’s Office presented to the Civil Court of Appeal of RA and the Court of Cassation of the RA appeals 5 for appellate and 3 for cassation.

Out of 5 appeals 3 have been upheld, 1 – has been returned, and 1 - is in the process. 2 of the appeals are in the process and 1 has been rejected for proceedings in accordance with the decisions of the RA Court of Cassation.

The bodies of the Prosecutor's Office have warned 139 people about the voluntary restoration of damage. The amount of damage recovered during the investigation or warnings of prosecutors has been made up to 28 802 303 AMD.
