The RA Prosecutor's Office announces a competition for the approved translations and interpretations of 2021 in the courts, as well as surdo-interpreter and an assistant to people with visual disabilities, in order to provide assistance in accordance with Annex 1 (Annex 1: List of translations and interpretations of the languages (maximum price per page and per hour) according to the presented list of languages.

 

All interested entities who meet the requirements of the Decision 1334-N of the RA Government dated 22 November 2018 (new edition N 960-N 4 June 2020) may submit the applications to take part in the competition at the Economic and Financial Department of the RA Prosecutor’s Office, address: Sundukyan 66a, e-mail: finance@prosecutor.am. The deadline is 8 of June 2021, at 12:00 o’clock. The winners of the competition will be recognized the people meeting the requirements of Point 6.3 of the Decision N 1509-N dated 20 December 2018 (new edition 19 March 2020) and N 1334-N dated 22 November 2018 (new edition N 960-N dated 4 June 2020). A service delivery agreement will be concluded with the natural and legal entities recognized as winners of the competition (Appendix 2: Agreement). Those applications not meeting the requirements of the competition will be rejected.

 

The payment will be made by the RA Prosecutor’s Office on the ground of the Decision 1334-N (new edition N 960 dated 4 June 2020) of the RA Government, Appendix 2, Points 1, 2, 3 and 4, on the ground of the report and the provided services are accepted according to the Protocol and Act of Acceptance/Delivery (Appendix 2: Contract, Appendix 3: Report, Appendix 3.1: Act).

 

The natural or legal entity recognized as the winner of the competition is obliged to provide the translated material: 1-4 pages - 1, 5-10, pages - 2, 11-25 pages - 3, more than 25 pages - within 4 days, unless otherwise specified by the customer, 2 copies, in the places defined by the customer, and if necessary, the materials are sewn with the originals on spot. The translated material is presented in A4 format, the letters are in the font size 12, the margins of the pages are 20 mm from the top, 20 mm from the bottom, 10 mm from the right, 30 mm from the left, the spacing is 1.5. A translation page is the page with a space of 1800 characters, except for Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Persian, Arabic and Hebrew.
