During 2018, 13 criminal cases have been initiated on the facts of promoting, assisting various criminal schemes for the illegal release of draftees from compulsory military service.

 

Out of the 13 criminal cases on the grounds of giving bribe and mediation of bribe, 21 people have been charged, 2 out of them have been officials having the functions of organizing and conducting military draft.

 

The RA Military Prosecutor's Office has instructed the bodies conducting operational-search measures to take measures to detect corruption criminal mechanisms in this field, as well as reveal the people involved in them /including the circle of officials/.
