By the decision of the prosecutor of the Department for Supervision over the Investigation of Especially Important Cases at the RA Prosecutor General’s Office a criminal case has been initiated on the fact of the appropriation using the official position.

Department for Supervision over the Investigation of Especially Important Cases at the RA Prosecutor General’s Office has initiated a criminal case under Point 1 Part 2 Article 179 of the RA Criminal Code.

Notice: Every person suspected in or charged with a criminal offense shall be presumed innocent unless proved guilty in the manner prescribed by the RA Criminal Procedure Code and unless the verdict comes into legal force.
