By the verdict of the court of general jurisdiction of Tavush Region dated August 21, 2017, specialist of Ayrum-Jiliza subdivision of Gugark region custom house of pre-clearence control department of the RA Ministry of Finance G.P. as well as the weighmen  of Ayrum-Jiliza customs control S. A., R. Gh. and A. S. have been found guilty for committing a criminal offense, (theft committed by a group of peоple by prior conspiracy), under  Article 177 Part 2 Points 1 and 2 of the RA Criminal Code.

To exclude such cases in future, petition has been presented to the head of State Revenue Committee adjunct to the RA Government envisaged by Article 200 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code with a view to taking measures to eliminate the causes and conditions that contribute to such violations.
