The prosecutor of the department for supervision over the investigation of especially important cases of the RA Prosecutor General's Office has filed an appeal against the decision of the court of general jurisdiction of first instance of Yerevan of 14.07.2018 to reject the application of detention as a measure of restraint against the head of the community of Malishka (Vayots Dzor region).

 

The prosecutor's appeal against the decision of the court of general jurisdiction of first instance of Yerevan has been taken into proceedings.
