In the Department for the Protection of State Interests of the RA Prosecutor General's Office, the contracts concluded regarding the provision of a land plots to individuals or legal entities on the right of construction were studied.

 

In the course of the study, it was found out that despite the fact that according to the contracts for SNCOs clear deadlines were set for the completion of construction work, however, in the event that construction work was not completed on time, established by the contract, the contracts were not canceled and the land plots continue to be loaded.

 

In particular, on March 04, 2008. according to the contract with A.G. the latter was given a land plot of 0.3 ha. and 0.35 ha. And for the completion of construction work, a deadline was set for December 30, 2015. However, the construction work has not yet been completed.

 

Construction work was also not carried out with another LLC according to the contract concluded in July 2006.

 

In connection with the above facts, 3 criminal cases were initiated in the Department for the Protection of State Interests of the RA Prosecutor General's Office under Part 2 of Article 315 of the RA Criminal Code, the preliminary investigation of which was entrusted to the RA Investigative Committee.

 

Taking into account the above, the Department for the Protection of State Interests of the RA Prosecutor General 's Office appealed to the SNCO <> with a request to take measures to terminate the right to build, return the indicated lands to the Republic of Armenia, as well as to eliminate the registered violations, their reasons and conditions and inform about the results to the RA Prosecutor General's Office within the established period.
