The Department of State Interests Protection of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the RA discovered that 5.6% state share of "Arabkir Joint Medical Center & Institute of Child and Adolescent Health" LLC, with an estimated value of 10 billion 256 million 372.3 thousand AMD by "Property Evaluation And Auction Centre" SNPO, was privatized for 574 million 356.9 thousand AMD.

 

The share of the LLC was alienated for 287 million 178 thousand 400 AMD – 95 million AMD less than the real value.

 

Taking into account that the facts testify to the cases of using one’s official position against the interests of the service or not performing official duties for a mercenary purpose, other personal or group interests, causing serious consequences and committing official fraud, the Prosecutor General’s Office of the RA reported on a crime to the Anti-Corruption Committee in order to initiate criminal proceedings.
